We are organizing a delightful programme of events for accompanying persons. When you register for ICAP, you can choose to register a guest. Your guest will have access to all the conference facilities and is welcome to attend the following (please book tickets for your guest during registration):
- Reception at the Victoria & Albert museum on Sunday evening
- Public lecture on Monday evening
- Piano concert on Tuesday evening
- Any one of the excursions organized for Wednesday afternoon.
- Banquet on Thursday evening.
In addition to the above events, we are organising the following two excursions for accompanying persons, which will take place on Tuesday and Thursday starting at 9:45 am. A sign-up sheet will be available at the registration desk. See here for travel tips.
Tuesday 16th July – Kew Gardens
Cost: £22, including a 60-minute guided walking tour.
Travel: From South Kensington station, take the District Line to Kew Gardens (26 mins).
Great for: Art, History, High views, Nature, Children

Thursday 18th July – Westminster Abbey
Cost: £29 entry with personal headphones tour. Optional Verger tours run throughout the day and cost an extra £10 at the door.
Travel: From South Kensington tube, take District Line to St. James’s Park (7 mins).
